By creating an account or using Go Figure Skating, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Go Figure Inc. ("Go Figure," "we," "us," or "our").
Go Figure Skating is currently in beta and is provided for testing and feedback purposes. During this period:
We appreciate your patience and feedback as we build toward a full release.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Go Figure Skating. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their access and delete their data promptly.
You sign in to Go Figure Skating using your Google account. By doing so, you authorize us to receive your name and email address from Google for the purpose of creating and managing your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at contact@gofigureapp.io.
Go Figure Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Go Figure Skating on your personal Apple device solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
You retain full ownership of any videos and other content you upload to Go Figure Skating.
By uploading content, you grant Go Figure Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and serve that content within the app for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Your videos are private by default. They are visible only to you unless we separately contact you and obtain your explicit permission to feature them as example content within the app for other users.
You represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, without notice.
You agree not to use Go Figure Skating to:
Any feedback, ideas, suggestions, or bug reports you submit to us may be used to improve Go Figure Skating without any obligation to compensate or credit you. By submitting feedback, you grant Go Figure Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose.
We collect your name, email address, uploaded videos, element tags, captions, and any feedback you submit. We use this information solely to operate and improve Go Figure Skating. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by Supabase. By using the app, you acknowledge that your data will be processed on Supabase's servers in accordance with Supabase's privacy practices.
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To submit a request, email contact@gofigureapp.io. We will process your request within 30 days.

All elements of Go Figure Skating — including its design, code, branding, and original content — are the property of Go Figure Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.
Go Figure Skating is an independent application created by figure skaters, for figure skaters. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to U.S. Figure Skating or Learn to Skate USA. Skating level and test requirement information presented in the app is independently compiled from publicly available curricula and is not an official publication of either organization.
Go Figure Skating is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Go Figure Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Go Figure Skating, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because access to the beta is provided free of charge, Go Figure Inc.'s maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed $0.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Go Figure Skating at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately. Sections 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 17 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County (Manhattan), New York.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users. Continued use of Go Figure Skating after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
